Do you provide MAID SERVICES ESTIMATES over the Phone?
Yes! Based on information you provide us, we can give you a quite accurate estimate if all the questions are answered correctly. Ex.: number of rooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, etc.
Do you provide FREE IN-HOME ESTIMATES?
Yes! We will be happy to meet you in your home for a free estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are both licensed and insured and we can provide all infomartion if it is required.
Do you have references available?
Yes! We only have satisfied customers and we can provide you with dozens of recommendations. Our Services are outstanding and it cannot be compared with the competition.
Can your House Cleaning or Maid Service be done on a weekly basis?
Absolutely! Most of our customers request a weekly Service, but we have customers on a 15 days and once a month as well one time service, movi-in/out cleanings and holiday cleanings.
Does the cost remain the same if I choose a regular service?
The first cleaning usually costs more than any subsequent visits so it is more economical to choose a regular service. This is because the first cleaning usually requires more effort to meet our strict standards of clean.
How many people will send to my home?
We assign 2 professionals cleaners per job. We may send more depending on the size of the job. We always plan so that any cleaning job can be finished whhithin eith hours.
Can I trust the maids?
Yes! We only send screened, trusted, and dependable employees to your door.
How long does it take for them to clean my house?
It will depend on the size of your house. A midium-sized house from 2000 to 3000 sq. ft. takes between 3 to 4 hours to clean in the initial cleaning.
Do you require a contract?
Never. We're happy to earn your business each time we clean, and we have built this company doing just that.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipement?
Yes, we will bring all the cleaning supplies (except paper towel) and equipment necessary (or use yours) to make your house or office the most clean place in the world. If you'd like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We'd be happy to do so.
Will you send the same team each time?
We always try to clean your home using the same cleaning associates each time, unless due to sickness or other emergency, we are unable to do so.
We want you to feel confident in our team members and they are eager to get to deliver a custom cleaning for your home as quickly as possible. Sending the same team each time will help them to become familiar with the customer needs.
Do I need to be home at the time of the scheduled cleaning appointment?
You are welcome to be home to meet our cleaning providers but we understand that you are not always able to be home. In case you are not home please leave a key in some safe place, place a keylock on the door or any other method you may prefer to allow the cleanersr to gain access to your home.
What if the cleaning team is not able to access my home because I forgot to leave a key?
Unfortunately, in this situation our provider will already have allocated that time slot to you and will have traveled to your home. We expect that you will understand that it is only fair to compensate them for this and so we charge a lock-out fee of $45.00. We try to help you avoid a situation like this by sending out a reminder e-mail 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.
Can I provide a key for the ladies to keep with them so I don't have to worry about missing my cleaning appointments?
Sure. In fact most of our customers are not home when we come, and many provide us a key so that the ladies can get in. Other use a keylock box, or leave a key hiden in a safe and not obvious place.
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
We do work on holidays, however, if we are not able to work, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your service. We require 48 hours notice of any changes to a scheduled appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?
Nice of you to ask - yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children's toys or other items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning associates come to clean. Thanks!
What time can I expect the cleaners to arrive?
While it is not possible to give a specific time because factors such as previous appointments being delayed and traffic can affect the schedule, we do offer you the selection of three time slots (morning, mid-day and afternoon) so that you can plan your day accordingly.

AA Cleaning Services Inc. values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.
AA Cleaning Services Inc. s a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with $2,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.
All cleaning supplies (except paper towel) and equipment are furnished by AA Cleaning Services or we can use yours.
Our normal working hours are Monday thru Friday. Saturday appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings and holiday cleanings.
All questions, concerns or requests must be directed to the owners or to the office.
The rates provided by AA Cleaning Services are base on the information provided by the owner and condition of the house at the moment of estimate and time we start the services. The rates will go up when add, pets, roommates, area rugs, change floors from carpet to hardwood, tile or any bare floors as it will make the cleaning process difficult.
This is also important for your own security. *see below for other related issues. Exchanging contact info, hiring OUR current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $5,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the 2 year period prior to such employment. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business .Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that AA Cleanings Services is obligated to report illegal hiring activities to Government authorities including the IRS. If needed, you agree to cooperate with formal investigation. AA Cleaning Services is affiliated with a private investigations firm. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by AA cleaning services (when applicable), but also by State, Federal and Local Laws.
Damaged item(s) are replaced with same or similar item(s), not monetary compensation or service refunds.We are as careful as possible while we are cleaning you home, however, sometimes damage does occur,. It is our policy to leave a note letting you know if anything has been broken or damaged. Please contact Office to inform us if you would like the item replaced or repaired. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. We are not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object. Please advise us of any items that may not be properly installed such as blinds, pictures, curtain rods, loose carpet, etc. All items are assumed to be hung properly and all surfaces are assumed to be sealed unless we are notified otherwise. We do not accept liability for items damaged prior to our cleaning. Our guarantee covers a 24 hour notice. If a Professional needs to be hired to fix something, the Professional must be ordered by AA Cleaning Services to ensure legitimacy. Independent action to correct the damage or re-clean missed areas by the Customer or a third party will automatically render the claim invalid unless AA Cleaning Services issues prior written consent. Any false and/or exaggerated information used in a claim(s), breach of these terms or refusal or impediment to allow AA Cleaning Services to make corrections renders the corresponding Customer’s claim invalid and voids our guarantee. AA Cleaning Services is not responsible for indirect inconvenience in connection with our services, or for damage resulting from the servicing of an already damaged or neglected item. A Rep may call you to give you the opportunity to make corrections prior to the Worker(s) leaving to ensure quality and completion. If you are at the service location when it is being finished and you claim that you are satisfied with the work and agree that the Work is done, there will be no further claim once the Worker(s) is/are gone.
Rare/Sentimental Items:
If you have an item that is rare, extremely expensive, or has sentimental value, we request that you store this item away on your cleaning day or bring it to our attention so that the cleaner will know not touch the item. We will not be responsible for damage to items such as this that you do not make us aware of. Items which are irreplaceable, hard to find, etc., are not covered by our breakage policy. Please remove these items the day of your cleaning.
By using our service, you agree to these terms and to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business. We reserve the right to amend our TOS at anytime; a current TOS automatically replaces a previous one.

Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
AA Cleaning Services gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash (Please place the payment inside envelopes provided by AA Cleaning Services)
Please place the envelop on top of kitchen counter top/table or advise AA Cleaning for other location.
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal)
If you are making payment by credit card, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of cleaning.
Please note* Payments that are received beyond the due date are subject to a $20 late fee with an additional $1 late fee per day late. Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee as well as the daily and late fee.
Please Note* If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 48 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
What if I need to reschedule or skip my regular cleaning?
Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hrs in advance, so we can change our team member's schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning. Please note that ours rates are base on frequency of the cleaning, so if you pay $100.00 for a biweekly cleaning, you will pay$140.00 for monthly as it will be less frequency, if you decide to change it for a weekly cleaning you will pay $80 as it will be more frequency.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
Extra Services
Any special request must be made 48 hours in advance and aproved by the office. If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

AA Cleaning Services never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
